Is Macular Degeneration Completely Curable?

by Alan McClain, Macular Degeneration Expert
June 29, 2017

Question: Is macular degeneration completely curable?

Answer: When the early symptoms of a medical problem can be totally reversed and beaten back, it would seem that the condition is curable, when caught in the early stages.  The key to avoiding and overcoming macular degeneration is the annual eye examination including retinal camera photographs which can identify any drusen, the spots on the retina where there are deposits of cellular debris.  The next step is to apply all nutritional and eye protection methods as detailed in my book, How I Beat Macular Degeneration and How You Can, Too!
