Best Exercise for Those Above 50

Question: What is the best exercise for those above 50?


The best exercise is CONSISTENT exercise that you enjoy doing! If you enjoy walking with a loved one then do that. If you like going to your local gym to hang out with friends and take an exercise class, then do that. What's important is that you are doing it consistently, meaning you are doing some form of exercise 4 to 5 days a week. 


If you are someone who already exercises consistently then try to work in some variety. If you walk then try and take a strength class. If you lift weights try and mix in some yoga. Doing several types of exercises will make you more resilient!
