When Should Seniors with Consistent Pain Opt for Physical Therapy?

Question: When is physical therapy for consistent pain in seniors a good idea?


It will depend on the location of your pain. If you are having consistent joint pain, meaning you are having pain at your neck, low back, knee, foot/ankle, hip, etc. then it's always a GREAT idea to see a physical therapist. A physical therapist will be able to tell you right away if they can help your pain or will recommend you go to another provider.
